March 31, 2008. Advertising Terms Advertiser assumes full responsibility to deliver all advertising materials via email, regular mail, or in person by deadline stated above. Advertisers are responsible for creating their own advertisement within the specifications outlined in this rate sheet. Publisher reserves the right to substitute a basic black-and-white advertisement – listing business name and contact information – in the event that full payment is made but ad materials are not received by the deadline stated above or the artwork does not meet the required production specifications. Full payment must accompany your advertisement. The Advertiser hereby agrees to abide by the terms of this Advertising Rate Sheet, to furnish camera-ready advertisements within published deadlines, to meet payment schedules and terms, and to hold Cantanker harmless for any and all liability.
